All the Ways to Wear is a monthly series where we round up the personal twists the Who What Wear team is putting on one particular item, style, or trend. Whether it's the trending denim of the moment or the season's It print, we hope to inspire your daily outfits and up the cost per wear on some of our favorite items.

Out of all the tops in my closet, I can say without a doubt I've been wearing sweaters most often this winter. Second only to sweatshirts, they're the most comfortable option, and they also make me feel put together even if I'm only wearing leggings on the bottom. I've acquired quite a few over the past couple months and have been styling them in various ways like tucked into jeans or thrown around my shoulders. I'm not the only one with styling ideas though—my co-workers are also wearing their knits on repeat. We may agree on our love for sweaters, but we each have our own favorite way of wearing them. Below, the five that made the cut.

Sleeveless sweaters are the modern version of sweater vests, and our team is here for it. The main difference? Instead of a V-neck or buttoned-down style, these vests have a classic crew or turtleneck cut. Anna is currently layering hers over plain long-sleeve tees with jeans.
You can easily elevate the look of a maxi dress by layering a sweater on top (as I've done here). Whether it's loosely thrown over your shoulders or knotted around your neck, it instantly adds a really effortlessly cool feel. Did I mention it's also a practical choice? I've found myself thinking the sweater is only for styling purposes but then actually needing to throw it on way too many times to count.
Lauren's double-sweater outfit made me do an actual double-take (no pun intended). This styling trick makes an outfit look so expensive. It works best when the two knits are exactly the same or at least in the same color family like her two chunky cream sweaters.
Emily, the queen of neutral outfits, naturally pairs her favorite beige oversize turtleneck with pants in the same hue. Monochromatic outfits are always very polished looking, and I like the trendy touch she adds with her chunky lug-sole boots.
Caite's been wearing her favorite basic sweaters with leather pants instead of jeans lately, and the results are seriously chic. Pairing the pants with loafers (or sneakers!) instead of heeled boots is a very welcome way to make the outfit feel a bit more casual.
It's the button details for me.
Everyone needs this staple in their wardrobe.
The oversize collar is so cool. I can't believe this sweater is only $35.
A sweater material hoodie? Count me in.
This polo knit is very on-trend at the moment.
Leave it to Ganni to create yet another sweater I'll be dreaming about for months.
It's the little details that make this one so unique.
A cozy everyday sweater I'd love to own immediately.

Up next, the one sweater trend that always looks triple the price.
