Trust Me—Buy This is a monthly series where our market editor, Nicole Eshaghpour, makes her favorite real-life fashion finds shoppable for Who What Wear readers.

In case you’re new to this, today I’ll be rounding up my favorite items of the moment with more of a personal spin than your usual shopping story. These special selects are the pieces I’ve been loving not only online but IRL too. With a little help from my shopping-focused Instagram account, @trustmebuythis, where I share my own snaps of items I’m into at the moment, I get to both show and tell you what I’m really wearing every month.

Seeing as we're on the heels of winter, and the temperatures in NYC are indeed reflecting it, today you can expect your fair share of boots, sweaters, coats, and pants with my usual mix of price points and styles. Whether you're into a classic look or want something unexpected, I can almost guarantee there's something for you below. Ready to see and shop some of the items I actually wore in November? Just keep scrolling to get started.

Aside from how good it looks—at least, in my opinion—this Reformation coat is shockingly warm. Like you-can-actually-wear-it-in-NYC warm. Naturally, I'm elated since it's really hard to find that in something that's not a puffer.
As you can probably tell from the majority of photos in these monthly stories, my pant style of choice is jeans 99% of the time. However, these trousers from Self-Portrait have changed that. They add polish to any outfit while still feeling relaxed, and they have incognito zippers in the front so you can wear them with or without a slit. If there's one thing you should buy from this roundup, it just might be these.
This cardigan-slash-top from Billie the Label is just one of a few pieces from the newly launched brand that I've been thoroughly enjoying. I especially like wearing it with high-waisted pants and jeans with a few of the bottom buttons open (as seen above).
I'm still wearing these Chelsea boots nonstop, and I think they might be my best buy of the year.
I'm admittedly not the best at layering (blame it on my laziness), so I was pretty proud of myself when I came up with this combo. I styled this polo-neck sweater over the mock-neck top I've been living in and, of course, added my favorite accessory of the season—the gold necklace. Success, right?
All you need to know about these snake-print pants by Song of Style is that they are so luxe-looking and cool in real life that even my super-picky mom decided she had to order a pair for herself.
My monthlong search for the perfect leather trench finally concluded recently with this beauty from Frame. It's an investment but so far has proven totally worth it. In fact, I'm wearing it today as I write this very caption. I love it because I am petite, and it's not as oversize and loose as a lot of the others I tried, but it still has a cool feel and is just the right length. Plus, it's a particularly classic iteration of the trend, so I know I'll keep it forever.
I'm pretty sure this is called the Only Turtleneck because it's the only one you need. Trust me.
Thought I was done with the cardigans? Think again! This third and final one is a fun snake-print take by Selena Gomez–approved brand Leset. Aside from the fact that it's easy to wear with jeans, it comes with equally cool matching pants. Does it get any better than that?
Closing it out with this delightful waffle-knit pullover from Donni, which, as you probably guessed, I've also been wearing quite a bit lately. I love it because it's light and a little roomy, so I can layer a long-sleeve underneath and not feel like things are too tight or bulky. Plus, of course, who can resist a pearl-embellished zipper?
