Kanye West is at the center of a $20 million lawsuit.

MyChannel, Inc. has filed suit against the billionaire rapper, claiming he brought them on in spring 2018 to help develop video and e-commerce for Yeezy including livestream technology for his popular Sunday Service series.

In the suit, obtained by TMZ, the Black-owned business says it worked non-stop for six months and put in 10,000 man-hours, along with a $7 million investment of its own, with the promise of a future $10 million investment from Yeezy. The company also moved its headquarters, once to Calabasas and once to Chicago, at the request of Kanye.

However, after six months, he cut ties with the company and allegedly stole its technology for his newly-launched Sunday Service. MyChannel alleges Kanye’s promises of a partnership were part of an effort to advance his Yeezy brand and steal confidential tech used for the monetization of Sunday Service.

MyChannel is seeking more than $20 million in damages.
